I bought this laptop to replace my Toshiba Tecra. My Tecra was slow, crashed frequently, and became almost unusable when paired with my kaspersky Internet Security. Because of my experiences with that computer I was hesitant to try another Toshiba but was convinved by both the specs and the affordability of this model.
I must say I was completely, pleasantly surprised by how great the Satellite is! This computer is lightening fast. I am actually finding myself annoyed by the slowness of my desktop computer now, which is an extremely expensive computer. It downloads my audio files in record time and uploads my mp4 files to youtube in less than half the time I have been accuostomed to. I am a transcriptionist and find the keyboard to be very comfortable and efficient for long periods of typing. The screen is very clear and crisp. HD appears great on it.
Probably one of my favorite things about it is the Windows 7. I, like most people, have been extremely dissapointed in Windows Vista and had really high hopes that 7 would be an improvement. Windows 7 has exceeded my expectations in every way! I quite often have many windows open at one time and switch back and forth to research the topics I’m writing about and review instructions that have been sent to me via email. The Windows 7 allows you to view in small or full size every Window you have open without actually navigating away from the Window you’re currently working on. This has been extremely helpful to me. Everything about Windows 7 has been functional and intuitive and has helped to make me even more productive. I cannot say enough good things about Windows 7 or the Toshiba Satellite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, affordable, functional laptop.

I have used a Toshiba Portege M300. Very happy with it. Now i got this Satellite U505 S2010 touch screen. Its PERFECT!!! Its not dim as the other reviews stated, just right! Everything works out fine. No critical complaints! Only if you like to play games the video card could have been better as the other 13.3 inch toshiba then you’ll have to give up the touch screen. Would recomend this laptop. Value for your money too!!!

The design of the laptop is beyond superiority(especially the back of Lcd besel is eye cathcing). The specs are much more than superb and the graphic card(GTX 260M-no need to say anything) is a first class graphic card with the full hd 1080p resolution that gives me the chance to play the latest 3D games with the best graphic options. My first Quad processor experience with this laptop gives me the feeling that I was wasting my time with the Core 2 Duo processors. The only thing which is just satisfactory is the 4GB ram. I would expect it to be at least 6GB with this perfect laptop. Anyway Asus is my favorite laptop now and I would suggest this laptop to anyone with its very reasonable price…

This is a very nice monitor with high quality features. I’ve had this monitor for a couple months now and I am extremely pleased with the wide screen that this monitor has. Viewing multiple applications is a breeze. This monitor has a 21.5 inch viewing. It also has 1080 full high definition resolution which means that I am able to see more applications at one time. The picture is extremely clear. The colors contrast is brilliant and bright. I can also open multiple applications and set them side-by-side and when viewing pictures and video I am able to see more of the picture using this 21.5 Samsung high-definition widescreen monitor. This monitor is stylish with a shiny black polished frame. It is slim which allows you to have more room on your desktop. The monitor sits on a polished black glass stand. It also tilts backwards and forwards for easy viewing. The function buttons are located on the side of the monitor. The monitor is very durable and sturdy. Overall this is a middle of the road monitor with a high end function. The quality is great and the price was reasonable.
